About the Managers Of Pounawea Grove Motels

It's been one year since we took on managing the motels (since Jan 2011), and its been a great year!

As well as running the motels Shelly is a full time Wedding and portrait photographer and proud owner of Shelley Povey Photography. Bailey also runs an Eco-Adventure business called Catlins Adventures providing personalized scenic tours, kayaking tours and wildlife tours for our guests and other travelers visiting The Catlins.

Together we look forward to providing quality accommodation, meeting our customers and listening to their stories. Along with friendly service and providing the best accommodation in the area, our aim is to make Pounawea Grove Motels an excellent base to explore the Catlins area.
